Or was it the 52-45 victory versus a Kansas State team that got obliterated by Oklahoma? KSU couldn't handle Arkansas, the SEC's third best team.
How about their double overtime loss to a 6-loss Iowa State?
Oklahoma State could have raised doubt in their bowl game, but 21-0 >>> 41-38 versus Stanford.
Oklahoma State was ranked 61st in scoring defense, 107 in passing defense, and 23rd in rushing defense in the Big "option defense" 12. They gave up about 50 more rushing yards per game than the LSU defense. LSU and Oklahoma State's defenses that year were incomparable. No 2011 team would have been able to beat Alabama on 1/9/12.
