I don't need a link. Again, I went to Catholic schools my whole life, in a HUGE Catholic community where damn near everyone is Catholic and goes/went to Catholic schools. Most people didn't care one way or the other about gays. If anything, most were pretty liberal in general or at least moderate. Catholicism doesn't really focus on "sin" or the scripture the way most protestants do. "Sin" as a concept is very minor overall in Catholicism.

Heavily Catholic areas are usually liberal areas, or at least moderate. Worth noting.
