Anytime someone starts off by blaming either "the left" or "the right", I dismiss their opinion because there's a 99% chance they are incapable of being unbiased.

Bingo. I have no problem with moderate Republicans or moderate Democrats.
It's the people that think one or the other is absolutely correct on every topic. Those people aren't capable of making their own decisions IMO
