Top 10 Comments
1. FSU: win or lose the BCS Title they will have a lot of talent returning. They won't have an easy OOC schedule though. Notre Dame, Ok state and a possibly resurging Florida Team is a huge upgrade to the current one.
2. Bama: As long as there new QB doesn't completely suck they are fine at this spot. QBs are plug & play at Bama.
3. Auburn : I think there placement in the 2014 preseason poll will come down to how well the do in the Championship Game.
6. Michigan State: Better watch out for these boys. If they ever get an offense they will be serious contenders.
10. UCF: BYU, Penn State, Missouri... Can't say they didn't try to schedule tough OOC competition

Rank 11-25
12. Texas A&M : there is no reason for them to be ranked this high even if JFF came back. I do find it funny that Baylor is now the class of Texas now with inferior talent to Texas and A&M.
16. USC: Typical USC Biased. They have a new coach and a ton of Sanctions. Why are they ranked again.
17/18: Clemson & Georgia: Both of them are going to have a lot of Question marks next year and we won't know how they are until conference play starts.
18/19: Missouri and Arizona St: Non-Traditional Powers tend get screwed in these pre-season polls.
22. Notre Dame: Unofficial ACC now. A decent team but I feel they lack consistency. They have Stanford, USC, and Arizona State ; In addition, to FSU and Louisville in the ACC. They better find it fast.
23. Florida: they can't be worse than last year ,but this might be a bit of Traditional Football power biased. They do have the talent to justify being this high. The only reason i'm not to mad about this is because after rank 20 anyone can be here.

You really cannot justify the 12th best SEC team being ranked. fricking ridiculous.

"I do find it funny that Baylor is now the class of Texas now with inferior talent to Texas and A&M."

It's because they play in CRAP conference with 1-2 better than average teams.

I agree though #12 might be a tad high for A&M but as the talent level (especially on D) continues to build, then top 10 rankings every year will be the norm.
ALso, without Johnny's freelancing, the offense might actually resemble what SUmlin has always had in mind and what we haven't seen as much of this year.

OBVIOUSLY losing a talent like Manziel will hurt, but maybe not quite as bad as some think. Manziel put us ahead of the curve, but the overall team will be getting better.
