minorities sell drugs because they see it as the only way to get ahead and because they have people they see growing up doing it and attaining nice things.
Most of the prison and jail population is incarcerated or has been incarcerated at some point for drugs.
So, the answer is drugs IMO.

The war on drugs is stupid as frick. Get rid of that shite and you get rid of most of the "crime."
