What gets more minorities in trouble with drugs is they are always involved in selling the drugs. White people most of the time just buy the drug which is way less risky because your name is not out on the street.

It's easy to pick up a dime sack and take it home to smoke. It isn't easy to hide drugs constantly while people all over the area know you're the dopeman and can rat you out at any time.
