re: Why are most crimes committed by minorities?

If you want my white ex con opinion it is more about who can afford good representation. I been locked up for lesser things and walked on larger things and I have found the better your mouthpiece the less time your gonna do. Skin color has nothing to do with it. I won't even go into the value that certian cultures put on having done prison time and how some young men actively try and do time for street cred.
