No racism involved. Drug deal gone wrong. All parties involved had served jail time together. Something happened during a "deal" and he was promptly killed for it. Well, maybe a little racial difference but initially a drug deal.

Except A&M has a black head coach. The longhorns have not EVER for any big-3 sport and were the last to integrate in the SWC.
