I know I for one was. Congrats to him tho.
Congrats to Cody, Bird and Engram on their selections as well.

Based on name recognition mostly. The injury set him back.
I think Conner was the best player on D, to be honest. Followed by Prewitt and Bird.

Was more surprised by Engram. Not sure why they even have 3 TE slots to fill for that.

Well I think he was still one of the top 2-3 right ends as far as stats were concerned even after missing 5 games.

Engram was having a freshmen All American type year until he got hurt.

Would've been number one but the injury bug gave no shits

I don't think that's right...according to ESPN he didn't even have 300 yards receiving on the year.

The only thing I was surprised at was that Laremy Tunsil didn't get 1st team

uh yeah. Even you guys should be able to admit that that's pretty terrible.

So what are the chances Prewitt still gets moved to LB next year?

Wasn't sure if that was just board talk or the coaching staff was really considering it.

I think it is still a possibility if we landed Hampton and Adams. They are going to get the best guys on the field. With Alford being added to the mix if we were to get those two there would be packages where Prewitt could move down.

He had 20 catches for 265 yards and 3 TD's. That's puts him right behind the TE's from Ark and UGA with the amount of games he played (4-5 games, I believe). Had more TD's as a TE than anyone else behind those two. Probably would have had the most receiving yards and TDs in the conference at TE if not for his injury.

That sounds about right. I like that idea. Hopefully we at least get 1 of the 2.

I don't really think you should give awards based on what he could have done if healthy though. I think they should be based on accomplishment.

well what was D kimdechee's based from? He doesn't fall into either category. That pick has my jimmies extremely rustled.
