You can't mix these two, troll! 2011 and 2007 are completely different scenarios. At least 2007 LSU won the SEC West and SECCG. 2011 Alabama had no business in the title game even though they were lauded as the "best" team.
Add to that, the 2011 Tide lost at home!

Tuscaloosa is just a step above College Station when it comes to "home field advantage".
Both Alabama and Texas A&M play better on the road.
