1. Five shoes and three socks.
With four potential shoe colors, in the event you manage to pick all four colors with the first four picks, the fifth choice has to match one of the others.
Same on the socks, with only two color choices, if you pick two different colors with the first two picks, the third choice has to match one of the others.
2. No clue.
3. Someone already answered it--ages are 9 and a set of 2-year-old twins. After deposing him, did you beat the crap out of him for being a deadbeat?
4. If they're in California, Scout #1 and Scout #2 should be forced to share with Scout #3, with no payment required. That's the liberal way.
