Per multiple Carolina pay sites our bowl destination is down to two spots...Either Cap One or Cotton. It has been stated that the Cotton really wants Carolina/Spurrier. They are reporting the Outback and Carolina do not want each other as it would be the 4th trip and a back to back visit in such a short time frame. Carolina's AD has made it very clear that Carolina is fine with Cap One or Cotton but to fall to the Chicken Bowl would be "unjustified based on record and ranking."

I just don't see a scenario where USC goes to the Cotton.

One other scenario that I could see happening though I don't think it would be right at all.
Auburn/Mizzou goes Cap One
Texas beats Baylor
If that happens the Cotton would sell their mother's soul for an A&M/Texas matchup.
