How well do you think Hugh Freeze would've done if he had coached our 2008 team? For those who don't remember this team featured many current NFL starters such as...

Michael Oher
Greg Hardy
Mike Wallace
Dexter McCluster

Do we still lose to Wake Forest, Vandy, and USCe with Freeze at the helm? And would we still pull the UF upset? The talent was there, and with a competent head coach I'd say we represent the West that year. I mean we had Bama on the ropes in T-Town, so it certainly isn't that far fetched.

Maybe current Freeze, but I don't know if Freeze would have been ready to run an entire SEC program at that point.

He did interview for the OC position under Nutt, but Nutt went with Kent Austin. No telling how much freedom Nutt would have given him with the offense though.

We'll see in the next couple of years. There might be that much NFL talent in this freshman class alone.

Jeremiah Masoli in this offense would be down right scary. He would be a perfect fit for everything we want to try to do.
