I don't recall the last time I saw someone worried enough to establish an anti-Heisman campaign, at least not before the finalists were even announced.
Eh. I don't particularly care if they make it a de facto lifetime achievement award in the absence of any clear frontrunner. The Nobel Prize in Literature does that all the time.

I can not remember the last time the masses challenged what the talking heads were pushing. The Heisman is for the best player in College Football, not a lifetime achievement award. If you think AJ fits that discription, Basketball season must have started for you.
