Am I remembering things wrong, or did our passing game look better last year? Seems like the deep ball doesn't connect nearly as much in 2013.

Cooper was a very good deep threat last year. He hasn't been the same this year. Some of that is due to injury, but I wonder if he is as mentally in the game this year. Bell also isn't the same since his injury.

We've had a lot of those same deep balls open this year. AJ has overthrown a few, and pressure has gotten to him a few times before he could hit it other times.

It did look better last year though, primarily because of the emergence of Amari Cooper. He's been injured most of the year, and when healthy defenses are keying on him more.
