I admit, I have often wondered why we can't get an elite QB back there.

And when I think elite I don't think Cam Newton or Manziel. I think someone like Matthew Stafford.

Though this kid out of Norman (like 6'4" 240) sounds like a possibility.

I'm not knocking on AJ. He's done a fine job. And one of the best, if not the best, to play for Bama.
