Bama had a melt down when Fran left - you can spin it any way you want, but:
TEXAS A&M STOLE THE HEAD COACH AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA - AND ALABAMA WANTED HIM TO STAY.....BADLY.
The events after the hire do not change the fact above.
