Manziel's arm is sub par, he has off the field issues, he's ugly as frick with a giant arse nose and volcanoes all over his face, and his receiver always bails him out. He'll be a raging failure in the NFL.

If you're comparing him to guys like Favre and Bledsoe, sure. He has a stronger arm than a lot of star QBs in history.
Jeff George had, unanimously among scouts, the strongest arm anyone has ever seen. Dude could throw the ball 70 yards on a rope and launched an 84 yarder at the combine. What did he amount to? Meanwhile, Roger Staubach never threw a ball more than 55 yards in the air and he was the greatest ever at the time of his retirement.
