Heisman is the best player in the nation in that year. Not best player on the best team.

Well, this is completely false outside of RG3.

Thats some bullshite ESPN started with the "best in the nation that year"... i have yet to see any legit documented evidence that that is the sole criteria for the Heisman.

LINK

This is straight from the Heisman Mission Statement from their website... says nothing about single year accomplishment.

Even if it was best player on best team McCarron would probably not be in the top 3.

Most Outstanding Player

Despite what morons say, wins and titles will always be seen as a QB stat. AJ is going to have more than solid numbers, constantly showing up in the big moment, and will be well on his way to a third ring as a starter, fourth overall. Should he win? I don't know, but anyone who complains if he does is just going to be bitter.

He is the best QB in the nation in the last 2 years, 49 TDS 6 ints.

We could score 20 to 30 more points a game on all but 2 or 3 teams every year but we choose not to while other teams score 60 or 70.

We run less plays by design also, more plays, more stats.

This is a great difference maker.

ESPN QB ratings for 2012 had AJ at number 1.

In crunch time last year he made a last minute drive with ribs that were killing him , ( Miss. St. injury ) thats why AJ was crying, he was in excruciating pain and no one knew untill after the season.

He sucked it up on the last drive.

He has lost 2 games, one in OT to a 13-1 LSU and another to Texas A&M when the coaches could have won by running 4 times from the 6 yard line.

Stats don't mean shyt , in total , to me.Tom Brady was drafted in the 6th round also, no arm, not good enough, so the scouts sad....... But like AJ, Brady was cocky and supremely confident in his ability.

AJ is the best college QB since 2012 IMO.
