I knew exactly what video it was going to be before i even clicked to open the thread(hows that for awareness).

Saw this video 2 years ago in one of my business classes. Cant believe none of y'all have seen this before!

Saban’s argument? Look at wins, not stats.

Saban’s comments echoed what he said on ESPN’s College GameDay earlier in the day:

"I think AJ's probably the most underrated player in college football. People talk about statistics all the time, and maybe his statistics are not what somebody else's are. But really what you should equate things with are production, performance, efficiency, consistency and winning. That's really what it's all about. He's done that better than I think anybody in college football."

Yahoo loves the SECr

If Johnny Manziel played for Alabama and AJ McCarron for A&M that game would have been a 4-5 touchdown win for alabama easy. Maybe more

Thanks for the insight vegas book maker.

Put Manziel on Alabama

Manziel doesn't have the discipline to play under Saban. He would be out before he finished unpacking.

Based on this criteria the ONLY correct choice is AJ

Agreed. And one of the reasons I started the thread... everyone is under the impression that the award can only go to a player who had the best single season.

should have absolutely no impact on the 2013 award.

Why?
Well im pulling for the guy. His career stats are far more impressive than any single season stat.
Thats some bullshite ESPN started with the "best in the nation that year"... i have yet to see any legit documented evidence that that is the sole criteria for the Heisman.

LINK

This is straight from the Heisman Mission Statement from their website... says nothing about single year accomplishment.
Bama wins out and wins SECCG on Dec. 7th.

IMO it would be an obamanation if a QB 3-peats the NC and doesn't win the Heisman. I know his individual stats aren't as good as some of the other "one season wonders" but damn I think his rings and his consistency trump all other single season stats.

He is aware that Ole Miss has a weight room, right?
I think it means he just finished registering for spring classes. Glad to see he is taking his schooling seriously. The guy is just eager to learn.

1st rendering of new Braves Stadium
Meh. Picture is skewed. Can't assume the orange you see is AU.

More likely UT represents a large majority of the orange in the crowd.

AU fans hardly ever wear their orange.

Stadium filled 30/70. In favor of UT.
Johnny Manziel has never sniffed a sharpie.
drink when either of them say "touchdown LSU".

we would all be blackout by halftime
I will be posting up on the Lay-Z-Boy,

First half my g/f will be posting up on me(she leaves at halftime)

Second half my wife will be posting up on me.

Forecast for Saturday: Heavy posting with a chance of scattered showers. Giggity
