if SCAR wins out and doesn't go to the championship game they would have two losses, a high ranking, and could totally be selected

Too many variables at this point to know for sure.

If Mizzou wins out and loses to Bama badly, it would probably be Auburn or South Carolina assuming Auburn only loses to Bama and South Carolina wins out. Probably would be Auburn based on fan base and proximity.

If Mizzou trips up in Oxford but beats A&M, Auburn gets beat badly by Bama and so does SC, then Mizzou may have a chance. If the loss is to A&M then it would probably be A&M or possibly Auburn.

The Sugar Bowl could even be Alabama if they are upset by Auburn or Miz/SC.

I will say it comes down to four teams: Bama, Aub, A&M, or Miz.

If any of the teams get to three losses they are out.

My guess is Mizzou would be the Sugar Bowl's last choice of the four so they probably have to win out or win out the regular season and play Bama close.

A&M would probably be their first choice outside of Bama because of Manziel.

OP ... is the question about who goes to the Sugar, as the title misleads, or is it about a bunch of ifs, ands or buts as you attempted to make it in the body of your post?

If Georgia beats Auburn and Mizzou loses one game then either SCAR or A&M will go to the Sugar.
