The guy openly states he skipped a court hearing and refused to obey a court order. Both of those get you arrested anywhere in the US. In most places, you also sit in jail until you see the judge you skipped out on. Nothing unusual or unconstitutional at all.


In this case it constitutes prior restraint, which is absolutely unconstitutional. I won't comment on this further as it probably belongs on the politics board.

When Riley asked the court for an injunction against Shuler, Shuler didn't show. According to court documents, which Shuler himself posted on the Internet, Shelby County deputies attempted to serve Shuler with a summons for an injunction hearing. When those deputies eventually pulled Shuler over to serve him the papers, Shuler threw the papers out the window of his car and cursed at the officers.

That behavior is going to get you arrested every single time.
