he dares them to frick up. he expects them to focus on the little things it takes to beat the opponent, he expects them to do what they are taught in practice, and carry it our during the games. he's a tough coach and his players are a reflection of him. they won't dare take plays off if they want to stay in the line up because as well as saban recruits, there is always someone on that squad who can replace a slacker.
