re: SEC to ask for the worst rule in college football to be reviewed

Only in a bureaucratic meeting room would anyone think that its a good idea to keep a 15 yard penalty enforced when a foul never actually occurred; and is supported with video evidence that it never occurred. Simply mind boggling.
