The Heisman trophy winner who could have went to Oregon and maybe won it all, but decided he wanted to stay close to home and remain in texas, can't blame him for that. But since the flagship university in the state of Texas didn't offer, he was forced to sign with a tier 2 university at a school he admittedly hates.
