Second half of the season starts this week, and all games are winnable imo. I still think we are too thin to make a huge impact, but I'm thinking 3-3 is possible. What do you all think?

I think UK beats Miss State 24-17.

I would love to beat State on a Thursday night. Unfortunately I think it's just as possible we don't win anything (sans Alabama State) in this stretch given how some teams have the tendency to rise up one week and shite the bed the next.

I can see Vandy, Tennessee, and State as possibilities. Georgia depending on how thin they still are at that point because they're clearly on the slide. Mizzou seems the least likely of the bunch.

It's a real shame we don't play Arkansas this season.

And a good article on the overall improvement in the health of the team. Always a good thing.

Good stuff Belle, as always.

This weekend was definitely wild in the SEC, underdogs winning most everything. Bama is clearly in a class by itself right now.
Auburn looks good, UT outlasts USC, and Missouri beating Florida. Wow.
I agree though, they could go 1-5, but I think this team starts to play better on offense, and the defense continues to improve. I think 3-3 with wins over Miss State, Alabama State, and either Vandy/Tennessee.

Trying to be eternally optimistic. I am a UK football fan BTW.

10.24 @ Mississippi State 3-3, 0-2
11.02 Alabama State 5-2, 5-1 Are they bringing the band? LINK
11.09 Missouri 7-0, 3-0
11.16 @ Vanderbilt 4-3, 1-3
11.23 @ Georgia 4-3, 3-2
11.30 Tennessee 4-3, 1-2

Worst case UK wins the FCS game and finishes 2-10
If they beat State (not impossible) and finish 3-9 they already beat last year

Missouri and Tennessee are both at home and either would be excellent upsets. Both the Tigers and Vols are riding high so UK could sneak a win. Georgia and Vanderbilt on the road may be harder but could be upsets as well. The big issue is getting the state win and building on it. A bowl game is still mathematically possible even if the odds are very long. Such a run would certainly cement better recruiting.

2-10 is expected
4-8 is probable
6-6 is unexpected but welcome

I read this morning if we win out and Mizzou loses three games we can still mathematically win the SEC East.

I'm just sayin'.
