OK, Mizzou Nation, quick group huddle...umm...IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING???

We are all Mizzou fans here and the longer you've been one the more freaked out you get when good moments come. This season and what we have seen have me freaked out beyond belief. IS THIS REAL? WTF????? We were all nervous/hopeful/tense heading into this season and now I mean when you really step back and look at it all I just...is it...what the....HOLY FREAKING CRAP

I'm back home from the Alabama game, if it can be called that. I represented, decked out in my black and gold in Tuscaloosa, and the 200 or so people at the tailgate were mostly patient with me, and my jumps and screams every time we made a good play. I must have been a helluva cheerleader, because many of them joined in!
I lost count of the number of times crimson clad men looked at my black and gold covered boobs and yelled "Mizzou!!" And gave me a high-five. Several just pointed and said "we'll see y'all in Atlanta." It was absolutely surreal.
I met a guy from St. Louis who was mizzou fan visiting with friends. He sat down and watched with is for a while, and was happy to find a fellow Tiger fan in the Tuscaloosa tailgate circus.
I'm afraid I'll wake up tomorrow and find it was nothing but a dream. Have we actually arrived? Could it be true?

My mind was already completely on overload and now you had to incept the whole "black and gold covered boobs" concept into my noggin on top of it all. This is most definitely a dream, and now I know exactly what kind. Rather damp in here...

PS - seriously how the frick do we deal with the fact that the coaches say they LOVE Eddie Printz too? If that kid has been looking good in practice to them in the context of what James Franklin and Maty Mauk can do...holy frickballs...

Here in Columbia, it's starting to feel A LOT like 2007 again. Only even more electric! Loving this! I wasn't really old enough yet to feel the kick in the nuts from a lot of the shitty history Mizzou has endured (I'm 22) but dammit I'm enjoying our success now, let's hope it plays out and we get to Atlanta in year 2! MIZ

You are the hope. The hope for a generation of Mizzou fans who know only success and fun and parties in the Grove and between the hedges...not heartbreak and fifth downs and Tyus Edneys. I believe the children are our future.

The difference is, no other team (in the east) has been able to do it week in and week out. It's the collection of work, not any one single win, that is just so surreal.
