Vandy adds one thing that nobody else in the conference adds. It is a private school therefore the SEC does not have to report many things publicly. Every conference has at least one private school for that reason.
With that being said all founding SEC members arent going anywhere as it takes a unanimous vote to kick out. All others require a 75% vote to kick out.
I liked 12 teams, I like 14 now. If we had to got to 16 it is UNC and VT. Clemson would be cool but won't happen as USC won't allow it. FSU had their chance and didn't so they can eat it. Texas fans can eat it to they are way worse than their make cheerleader counterparts.
I also think strong baseball program could be considered as well but not necessarily be a deciding factor

This gets said in every one of these threads and its not true. In the unlikely event any school is going to get booted out of the SEC it just takes a two thirds vote regardless of how long that school has been in the conference.

Just found out we will be moving to Virgnia next year, so lets go ahead and add VT for my viewing pleasure please.
