When we got to the beach, the guy that brought me out there helped me with the board, gave some pointers, etc.
Then, as he went to wrap the velcro strap attached to a tether to the board around my ankle he asked "This isn't going to cause an issue, right. Me...a white guy...taking you on the ocean and shackling you to the boat?"

long time no see
I've tried my best to keep off the Poli board to avoid melting since it directly affected me with Mom being furloughed
38 yrs for the VA and she has seen 3 (all under Dem Presidents) furloughs and this one last week was the first time she was furloughed
