I'm scared of chantix. My cousin - who is generally a happy person - got so depressed he couldn't get out of bed. And depression runs in my family. frick that.

Yeah I've been wanting to try it too but that "depression, thoughts of suicide" line hangs me up...
I quit drinking a year ago, now I'll maybe have one beer a month when I go hang out with friends.
I quit dipping in July, still smoke though

I never had any crazy side effects. I only took the first round of pills too. I was good after a month. I really think my newborn son made it easier. I'd be damned if he was going to be around second hand smoke.
