That's the thing though, I was never really "in touch" with her in the first place.
We have some mutual friends, but I don't see a situation where I would randomly run into her with them thus giving me the opportunity to talk to her.
Sucks because I feel confident that I could make this thing happen if given the opportunity, but it seems like a really long shot that the opportunity would come up.
As we like to say in the military........

I think the youth group angle is the best way to go. Next time I talk to the 1 girl I'm still close with from there I'll start bringing up random kids from back then, say something like "who was that one fine blonde girl?" Plant some seeds and make an attempt at long game, like you said.
