Not a troll... but our post game show brought up a valid question. Why can Boom bring in the best defensive talent in the talent-rich state of Fla but cannot seem to get the same on the offensive side of the ball? I'll hangup and listen...

You do realize we were in that same boat only 2 years ago??

All you need is a QB to change that perspective around. Just like us a few years ago. Best D in the nation, great RBs, solid OL, horrible QB. UF has a lot of talent on O, just not at QB right now.

Everyone was asking why cant Miles find a QB in the talent rich state of LA.

It's a great question and I don't consider it a troll. The end of the Meyer era resulted in a lack of quality on the offensive side of the ball from QB, TE, OL, WRs and RB. Our best offensive weapon in Boom's first year was QB turned TE. That's says a lot about the lack of skill players and depth.

What's puzzling to me is the fact that there is playing time to be had at a school like UF and recruits almost always refer to depth charts and PT as big factors in choosing a school and yet we aren't getting overrun with offensive recruits.

In my opinion, Boom is going to try the ball control offense until he fails and gets fired. Kids aren't really attracted to our style of boring O. It has to be hurting us on the recruiting trail.
