It does feel good, especially considering all the crap we've been taking. I was a Franklin defender, and stand by what I said - he should never have started the season last year, if he played at all. But even hurt, he was our best option. Glad to see him doing so well.

I hope the team keeps that chip on their shoulder and goes into Georgia feeling surly.

I'll say this about JF. He's kind of out there, kinda hokey. What with his notes to the fanbase on instagram with emoticons, and what not.

However, if there's one thing I've learned from playing sports and being in the military. You can be as hokey, flaky, stupid, whatever, as can be, but if you're there when the chips are down, ready to pick up the guy next to you, ready to do what needs to be done, then you'll earn the respect you deserve.

That's what I was worried about coming into the year. Did he still have the respect of his peers? Looks to me like he's earned it back two fold. Well, at least he's earned it back from me two fold, but I'm just a guy on the interwebz.
