The University of Arkansas' football game against the University of Texas scheduled for the 2014 season has been moved to the 2021 season it was announced on Thursday. The Razorbacks and Longhorns will now meet on Sept. 11, 2021 at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.

"Beginning more than a year ago, we have had discussions with the University of Texas regarding re-scheduling the remaining football game in our current contract," Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Jeff Long said. "Based on multiple factors, including scheduling changes within the Big 12 Conference and Southeastern Conference, the game was moved to the next available game date for both institutions. We look forward to finishing this two-game series in 2021."
