That would be a disastrously bad fit. Kelly has a system where the intent is little/no improvising; everything is quick and based on matchups at the snap. He is trying to scheme to where you don't ever have to extend the play, but instead you see what the defense gives you and take it every time. Then you run back to the line and do it again and again. Manziel's biggest attribute is improvising and extending plays.

They'd hate each other by mid-season.
