Most Canadian. A friend of mine lives about an hour outside of Vancouver now (Vancouver is too international to have the crazy accent) and omg...i want to stab my ears out every time she talks now.
Canadian accents are by far the worst.

This. When I went to air force field training, a girl in my flight was from Minnesota and nobody knew what the frick she was saying half the time.
