That's where you are wrong. The fat old white guys are no longer pulling the strings. The movers and shakers are relatively new to the "power" scene. They are the ones who are responsible for Mack's & Dodds' departures. Winning is their primary focus. Business as usual will be gone soon. Look for a complete overhaul of the athletic department - and don't be surprised about anyone they might hire. These guys know the lay of the land. They are not naive enough to expect any coach follow in Mack's footsteps. They are all successful business people - ceo's etc. They are goal oriented and have already laid out their plans. The old ways at UT will be gone.

Neither Dodds or Mack will have any sayso about the new hires - both are the lamest of ducks already.
