Texass is 7-1-1 vs Bama all time.

What does that have to do with the modern era of football? Would you ever consider them equals in the scale of things? Would you consider Texass superior to Bama because of this record?

Yep, me neither.

Like that is even a remotely good example. Texas has not played Bama for seventy years like Arkansas has played TAMU. Texas was the king of the SWC and Arkansas was number two. Aggie was a distant third. Darrell Royal and Frank Broyles are in the college football hall of fame. That is not true of any aggie person in the modern football era.
