I think the NCAA will finally crackdown on Bama along with Miami and OSU. They have to show they have power. It may not be fair/right but the NCAA cant let the Al Capone of CFB to keep escaping. Alabama has refused to pay its taxes and the NCAA is about to show up with the cuffs. Otherwise why even have rules that arent enforced.

i hope not. They shouldn't even get in trouble for this unless there is direct involvement from the university.
Audit their compliance office, ensure they did diligence, and let it go if they had appropriate measures to prevent it.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to run a risk free program. NCAA should make sure it is an isolate incident, make sure that Alabama's AD and program had measures in place, and make an APPROPRIATE decision.

I thought It was common knowledge when Fluker was there he was getting paid. One report said Mark Barron got paid to come back for his senior season also.
Like I said, why is this news? OP, Nothing will come of this, Everyone is getting paid these days, they need to throw these college players a bone and change the rule.
