DJ Fluker is now in the NFL and no longer under LOI.

Depending on the wording of the contract Fluker signed, the NCAA might still have access to those statements. Will wait and see.

The NCAA can only work with Alabama's compliance office, and if they found no wrong doing within the school, how can they vacate wins or championships ?

The NCAA doe not have subpoena power, just like every Tom, Dick and Harry on this site have said. Do you think UA is going to tell the NCAA to frick off? That is a great solution, "HEY!!!! Lets invite the NCAA to camp at our doorstep for the foreseeable future and search ever record we have!!"

Luther Davis will not admit to committing a felony to the NCAA.

He could and tell the State of Alabama to frick themselves. If they press charges, all he has to do is ask for a change of venue and then appeal the verdict as unconstitutional and/or unfair trial for being held in Alabama where he was unable to receive impartial treatment.

Realistically you seriously think ALL of that would happen ? Right only in your head LOL ? Once again I'm sure the compliance office will work with the NCAA just fine. Who would risk their freedom period to confess to someone they don't even have to talk to ?
