The scary part is if its proven that Fluker received improper benefits then we unknowingly played an ineligible player and all the games he played in from that point on would be vacated. Doesn't matter if we knew we were playing an in eligible player or not.

I wouldn't expect any loss of scholarships or sanctions but we're definitely in danger of vacating the last two BCS championships. If it's true there's no excuse for Fluker he should be dissassociated from the University he put himself before his team, the coaching staff and the rest of the University.

As long as we didn't know about it, we won't lose anything.

What laws have bee broken by the agents and their runners? I'm pretty sure there are specific laws and it could be felony. Why in the hell would an agent disclose this and jeopardize his businesses? I read where the agent was a Bama grad? Same guy who did the mazlan wife YouTube video.

I just don't understand how this type of info would get out, the agent will lose his license by the NFL and could possibly face criminal charges and certainly civil charges for the damage done to the university.

But Fuller is a huge dirt bag if he took the cash, couldn't wait a little longer to get paid and not hurt the school that provided him the opportunity.

Wrong , I am pretty sure Alabama knew about the text books issue in 2006 but didnt think it was wrong , costing us games.

In 1993 , Gene Stallings played Antonio Langham after being told by the NCAA he took 200 dollars from an agent.

We had no knowledge of this until after DJ graduated.

With the text book issue , we couldn't win ( stupid rule because all kids not just athletes were doing it which means it really isn't an NCAA violation ) because once the NCAA ruled it a violation , since the university administered the text book operation , we were automatically considered to have prior knowledge , thus the games ( in the NCAAs stupid mind ) had to be forfeited.

Catch my drift ? Without knowledge , you can't be considered guilty.

The NCAA knows Saban doesn't cheat..... screw the creepos that do cheat , but that isn't Bama.

RELAX GUYS.
