Freeze just said on RebTalk that Vince looked "real good" today and that he's "pleading real hard" to play this weekend.
He might just be playing it close to the vest. He sounded like as long as he continues to look good this week that he will play.

Yeah I get that but it's not like he's playing with a lot of confidence right now... He looked so defeated in the byu game. His line couldn't do shite.

I'm sure they'll take it easy on Vince if they play him Saturday. Just having him in the game will still cause problems for the sips.
I'm not an expert on collarbone injuries but I'm hoping we aren't jumping the gun on this and taking too much of a chance. I would almost sit him if I were Freeze....but then again I have no clue what I'm talking about.

They initially said 5 or 6 weeks and that's what its been. Freeze also said a couple weeks after the injury that he was ahead of schedule.
I just like him for his blocking and with him on the field Logan can go back inside, you can have Moncrief and Sanders on the outside, Treadwell and Logan on the inside with Engram at a traditional TE stance. What LB do you know with the cover skills to cover that kid? Double Moncrief???? I don't think so. Who you gonna give a one on one shot to?
UT also likes to play Cover 1 and even Cover 0 at times. No safety over top????? I don't even need to say anything else....
