Well if the water is that low I may not have a choice. Def don't want to be walking the whole time.
If going on the Comal, which is the best outfitter? Won't be bringing my own tube. Was hoping to end up in or around NB because i didn't want to have to drive far to hotel.

I really like Texas Tubes, I would go with them. You can google them to find the location. Them and Landa Falls (along with the Float Inn but they are owned by Schlitterbahn and aren't really what I would think of as an outfitter - good spot to sit and people watch though) are the only ones right on the river. Felger/Rockin R/Corner Tubes etc. you have to hitch a ride to the river from them or walk, Texas Tubes and Landa Falls you just get your tube and are right there at the river.
