Tmobile. Simple choice plan with unlimited talk text and Web @$120 for four people.

Tmobile pretty much has the best plans between them, Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon now.
And T-mobile's network is much better than it used to be. If you can get their lte service where you are, it is pretty much a no-brainer.
