We have the best WR and RB corps in the country. Easily

Agree on WR. RB is debatable as Yeldon is the only one that has proven his ability. Fowler looked incredible before his injury last season, but that was only a few games. And Drake we only saw late in games in mop-up duty. There is a TON of potential there however, and I won't be surprised if it is known as the best by mid-season.

The WR corps is just sick though, in talent, depth, and experience. Can't imagine how they're going to utilize all that talent.

Why do people think Alabama has such great receivers? I think Cooper has as many or more career receptions in like 8 games than any other player has in their entire career. And he only had 59 last year.... Talent is there (I'm assuming) but I dont get all the hype around them.

Before you jump on me, A&M has only one proven WR and I'm not proclaiming them better than anyone until we see them in action.

QB: Aaron Murray with Hutson Mason as the backup.
RB: Todd Gurley and Keith Marshall with JJ Green, Turman, and Douglas backups
WR: Malcolm Mitchell, Michael Bennett, Jonathan Rumph, Chris Conley, Rontavious Wooten
TE: Arthur Lynch and Jay Rome

Overall, we are stacked on offense. I'd take issue with the Bammer saying they are better at WR and RB than everyone else, but there's no rationalizing with half of that fan base. Gurley and Marshall will be similar to each other this year as Marshall has gained weight to become more of a power runner to go with his speed.

From a WR perspective, Mitchell is obviously a huge playmaker, Michael Bennett is a smooth route runner and was the "welker" for Murray up until his injury last year. Rumph is a 4-5 star JUCO WR who has been making serious strides in scrimmages, and Conley might have the best hands on the team.
