Honestly, how is it different than a man being in a woman's locker room? I bet women would fricking freak if a male coach was in the locker room when they were changing.
But, the gays say that they aren't attracted to every man, so it's no big deal. However, out of 100+ men in that locker room, odds are they're attracted to about half of them. And the same argument could be used for a male being in a woman's locker room. He's not attracted to all of them.
Point being.....the gays sharing a locker room is uncomfortable for some people. However, people chastise a person who admits they're uncomfortable with that.

What is the problem with somebody having an opinion?
You guys think you have to bend everybody's opinion to suit you? Nothing like a little thought control....
