I can tell you the reason. It's because we don't want the world to know the "dirty side" to football or NCAA sports for that matter. It's bad for business. It's the same mentality that PSU had. If is swept under the rug, nobody knows. If I act like I didn't see it, then it didn't really happen.
With JFF, it's great publicity and ratings.

The reason JFF is a bigger story is because JFF is more interesting to the general public than Jeremy Hill and the 4 Vandy players combined.
Neal knows this, he just poses whether or not that should be the case.
The most interesting people (ie JFF) will always get the most media coverage.
