That's great! And I applaud you. But there are millions of kids who flunk out every year, too...or thousands, anyway.
Some because they party...some because school is a bit tougher than they thought. I struggled in school, because High School was a breeze and I didn't have to study. I never learned to study. I had to learn how to study first. But, yes. My son went to school, worked full time was married and had a baby. His wife is doing the same thing. My son got his brains from his mother, though!

I went to Kennesaw to take my math classes during the summer while I was at UGA because I knew they'd be easier. It was high school math. The credits transferred because they were part of the Georgia university system, and had recently achieved that status. UGA caught on quick though, and stopped accepting math credits from them. One of my "professors" there was actually a high school algebra teacher from my high school, making some summer scrilla 
The hardest part of that class was that it was 7:30am 5 days a week, while all my friends were on Phish tour.
The one thing Kennesaw State has over UGA is their cops are worse than Athens cops. That whole county is the gestapo of the state.
