I wasn't trying to insinuate that we needed more right now or you were in over your head, just that I expect the first year of the Malzahn era where we are expected to improve and have some momentum, to start picking up activity and membership. Add on to that the possibility of adding people from other fanbases too

Oh I see where you are coming from and I think you are right. 
If the activity picks up enough to warrant another admin or two then we'll get a few more to help look after the board.
