Its UTEP.
And until recently, A&M has always very highly ranked SOS. Plus, dont we have Oregon coming up in a few years?

Well, that stood out to me but I didn't think it worth bringing up, as UTEP was pretty awful last year (3-9) and has been for a long time. Better than NM, but... who isn't? What makes that game interesting is the return of Jameill Showers at QB to A&M. But UTEP is definitely a step down from Rice and SMU and perhaps Sam Houston State.
